• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The product is unused and in original packaging

• Tags, accessories, manuals, and invoice are included

Items returned after 7 days may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse
  

• Customized or special-order items

• Products without original packaging or invoice

3. Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days

• Delivery times may vary depending on city and courier service

• Customers will receive order updates through email or phone number provided during checkout

4. Refund Policy

• No refund Policy But Replacement Available if You Recieve Wrong Article

5. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged item received

• If the product is not Damaged You will pay delivery charges 

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect

• We recommend using a trackable courier service

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
